Most SBDC resources are offered free-of-charge.
PureSBDC powers your website’s custom online store
where clients may purchase for-pay resources such as books, software, videos,
workshops and online training.
The store’s center column lists featured products,
which authorized staff can select.
The store’s left column shows the most recent additions,
along with a list of staff favorites. Both these lists are automatically
updated by your PureSBDC-powered website in real time— so nobody needs to
manually configure these lists. The store’s right column displays product
categories, and is also self-configuring.
Click on a category such as books, and the menu expands to show all topics
within that category. Click on a topic to view a list of related items.
By changing the number of items shown per page, the size of each item
changes accordingly.

Virtual Lending Libraries
All the store’s items are available for purchase, and some items
(usually books) may be borrowed from one of the SBDC’s physical
lending libraries. Click on an item to see a list of lending libraries
at the bottom of its details page. Click the lending library’s
name to view its street address.
Affiliate Product Sales
Many of the store’s products are actually sold and fulfilled by affiliates,
such as Amazon.com or Powell’s Books. When an affiliate sells an item
from your store, your SBDC network receives a portion of the proceeds.
It is easy to add affiliate items to your store— your staff simply
enters a product’s ISBN number, and PureSBDC automatically imports
the product’s title, description, price, and associated graphics.
SBDC Product Sales
Other products and workshops can be purchased directly from your online store.
In those cases, the entire payment is deposited directly into your
SBDC’s bank account, and your SBDC network fulfills the order.
