one which organizes content in a question-and-answer format (that is preferred by many clients).
FAQs can be included in toolkits, and appear in site-wide search results.
Your FAQs may include general, open-ended questions like these:
How do I get started in my business? How do I register my business name? Where can I find a grant to start my small business? How do I know if my business needs a license?
