LOCATIONS, MAPS, AND CONTACT INFO

PureSBDC’s “Locations and Contact Info” page contains
a deceptively simple business card graphic— listing an SBDC’s
formal name, address, and general contact information.

Above the business card is the caption “Choose the SBDC nearest you”.
When clients choose an SBDC from the associated drop-down menu, the business card
redraws with the chosen SBDC’s contact information and associated logo
and college logo.
Maps and Directions
Next to the SBDC’s address is a handy "Map" link to a
MapQuest or Google map and driving instructions to the SBDC.
Personnel Directory
This page can contain a listing of all center personnel; click on staffmember’s name
and the business card graphic redraws to contain their contact information
and optional biography and portrait (easily updated, Backstage).

Searching for Staff
We’ve learned from experience that it is not always desirable to list staff contact information
on a public website where it may fall prey to spammers harvesting email addresses.
So, you may prefer to have the listing replaced by a staff search feature, allowing site visitors
to find SBDC personnel by entering their name or title— a process that will foil the spammers’ efforts.
You may also choose to hide the staff directory or search features to all but registered clients and SBDC staff.
