PureSBDC IS DESIGNED FOR OUR CLIENTS,
AND THEIR CLIENTS

PureSBDC started with careful examination of the SBDC business model— from workshops, counseling, client registration, and resource recommendations— to content delivery.

Next, the needs of both SBDC staff and clients were considered, and features were conceived to serve both groups.

Then alternate ways to implement each feature were explored. Take client access to SBDC content, for instance. SBDC content— no matter how valuable— is of little use to a client who cannot locate the relevant information on the website.

Technical novices might feel comfortable answering pointed questions that lead them to appropriate information and advice. Web-savvy clients may prefer to browse content categories and discussion boards, trolling for ideas. Power-users can query an advanced search form to get specific answers quickly.

Finally, the Oregon SBDC site was architected and designed using the PureSBDC platform. To avoid confusion, website navigation and page layout were kept clean and uncluttered.

BUILT FROM EXPERIENCE

PureBlend knows the SBDC business model. We’ve had a long-standing relationship with the Oregon SBDC/BizCenter network as a client, turned vendor, turned collaborator.

PureSBDC was developed around real-world content and tasks. And PureSBDC features have been field-tested by actual counselors using live data.
